Elimination Diet: Top 5

We are starting a new week and recently a new year, so why not start a new diet?

Try eliminating the following foods from your diet during this week, I can bet you will feel so great you’ll want to keep eating this way.

These are the top 5 foods to avoid this week:

  • Sugar or any sugar substitute
  • Processed foods
  • Dairy
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine

Make sure to add plenty of these:

  • Water (at least 8 glasses per day)
  • Raw fruits and vegetables
  • Whole grains, legumes and seeds
  • Lots of leafy greens
  • Vegetable and fruit juices (prepared by yourself)

Remember you are what you eat, eat healthy, be happy…

All we see in magazines and TV about dairy these days, is that everybody should be consuming it. But some of us have know for a while now that this is not true and finally a reliable source of information is standing up to say the truth.
