Food of The Week: Parsley

Parsley is rich in vitamins B1, B3, B5, C, E, K, biotina, folate, calcium, iodine, potassium and zinc.

Parsley is a natural diuretic and helps control high blood pressure. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. It also is a great detoxifier and deodorizer.

You can use parley in salads and juices. It is best eaten raw and can be rubbed into the skin as an antiaging treatment and to help in insect bites.
