Eating Berries is Linked to Delay in Cognitive Decline

A recent article published in the Annals of Neurology reports that berries intake, slow memory decline in older women.

Dr. Devore says that flavonoid consumption in berriesĀ ”could be a potential strategy for reducing cognitive decline in older adults.”

Make sure you eat a handful of berries a day. I always have them clean so they are ready to eat.
