We are starting a new week and recently a new year, so why not start a new diet?
Try eliminating the following foods from your diet during this week, I can bet you will feel so great you’ll want to keep eating this way.
These are the top 5 foods to avoid this week:
- Sugar or any sugar substitute
- Processed foods
- Dairy
- Alcohol
- Caffeine
Make sure to add plenty of these:
- Water (at least 8 glasses per day)
- Raw fruits and vegetables
- Whole grains, legumes and seeds
- Lots of leafy greens
